I have been turnin...I enjoyed reading your article. I have been turning many questions over in my mind since the BP tragedy. Have they found little life jackets for the bacteria yet? What about gelatin? It dissolves completely and floats, would be safe for the ocean and it's inhabitants. Would oil stick to it, I don't know. I'm not an avid jello eater, but I imagine it would.
